I
am writing to congratulate you on the Rotabook.
We have found them extremely useful in our infant class. We have used
them as a class aid with a group of children and have found them a useful
aid to reinforce work being done by individuals with simple reading and
phonic skills.

We have been trialling the Rotabook system in our reception class
and with our special needs children for some time now. Children find it
a useful and accessible tool which enhances their learning. We feel that
the concept is sound, safe and successful with the children.

We have found it to be most useful for our children, particularly
those with who have special educational needs. It has also been used for
our emergent readers.
The product is well made, robust and colourful and the teachers have found
it simple to use.

I have found the Rotabook very useful in my reception and year one class. We have used the Rotabook in a variety of ways:
An adult has shown how to use the book and helped initially, then the
children have used them in pairs.
One child has turned the book covering the pictures, while another has
read the word (taking it in turns). We have also used the book in the
writing corner, children copying the words with their own writing, or
plastic letters. Altogether, the Rotabook has helped to add a strong play
element to the learning of reading.
